Good day!

hey guys hey guys!!!!
hehe i'm such in a good mode nowadays :P
coz:
1. I'm getting the hang of working w/ chekwas (plural) and anaps :P
2. Its been a while since I curse or got irritated on how fucktard PS 7.5 is..
3. Got my 1st local friend.. hehe she's nice and chubby :P
4. Earned roughly $15 on this blog.. after putting tons of craps/ads
5. Lost almost 30lbs in 5 mos :)

6. Got a new routine (guess I'm not that bored anymore)
new routine...
Last weekend finally decided to enroll
in Fitness First.. just to formalize

this whole weight loss adventure..
'coz diet won't do it alone..
we need t exercise.. just to tone
those muscles... don't wanna look like
an oldie 'coz of those excess skins.. :P

here's my new routine:
M-F..
8:30 - 6: working... i hope :P
6 - 7 : travel time from Clementi - Raffles Place (1 George St.)

7 - 8 : Working w/ my stamina via treadmill

8 - 9 : Working w/ my beer belly

and man tits

9 - 10 : Working w/ my stamina via elliptical trainer
...

30 to refresh(sauna,shower, etc..) :)

10:30 - 11:30: travel time from Raffles to our Block
Wasted at raffles MRT station :(
11:30 - 12:30: munching.. browsing.. watching.. 30 mins gumawa ng mga anik anik

some of you'll be bitching
like i only got 1 hr for the weights.. more
time on the stamina.. that i'm a pussy hehe.. :P

stamina is very important..
especially for those ex-smokers..
and i'm just started going on this gym thing..
last week... so my body/system not used with
all the running/walking/lifting stuffs...

gimme 2-3 mos.. i'll be able to lift even yo mama :P
