In Need of Roommate (Dover Crescent)

If any pinoys reading this who's in need of a place
to crash in Singapore...
then it's your luck..
I'm badly in need of a roommate :(
here's the detail of the place:

HDB Flat (2+1)
Total rent of the flat: $1,800
Common: 720
Master: 1080

My roommate in the common room
will be leaving on March 7,
I need someone to replace him..
you do the math...
2 of us in the room: $540 each
3 of us in the room: $360 each

these are excluding of the PUB..
PUB would be around $80-100 each..
yeah!.. all pinoy family...

Location:
Blk-5 Dover Crescent
5 mins bus ride to MRT Dover Station
15 mins walking distance to MRT Dover Station
Walking Distance to Fair Price, 7/11 and Market

Common Room:
Currently sharing it with another pinoy family..
they'll be transferring to masters, as the other family move-out
on March 7. See 3 people can fit in to this room...

huge closet..
you can actually live inside of it.. :P
Closet divided by 3....

going to the living room..
we also have.. wireless router and a XBox 360...
and 2 wireless controller.. hopefuly ur good in NBA Live 08..
